Hamlet was a huge success in Guernsey and it was such an honour to not only work with Moor Theatre again, but to have the opportunity to be in such a beautiful adaptation of the tragedy. I am still getting messages from audience members!!
Having the opportunity to raise awareness to Guernsey audiences about gender identity was just incredible, especially in our schools version – something I wish I had seen when I was at school in Guernsey. I know it has helped a few students feel less alone and feel represented, which is the best outcome I could hope for. I will be thinking of this for years to come <3.
